Your Sunday
movement ritual.
40 min Jump + 20 min Sculpt Finisher. One full hour. Only 15 trampolines.
First class free. 15 trampolines, one hour, San Diego.
What is Jump & Sculpt?
A full-body workout that combines cardio and strength, all in one hour.
We start with 40 minutes of high-energy trampoline cardio, then finish with 20 minutes of focused strength work using resistance bands and bodyweight.
The strength focus changes from week to week, so you might work glutes, core, upper body, or a mix of everything.
High-energy trampoline cardio that is fun, challenging, and lower impact.
Strength work with bands and bodyweight. The focus changes each week.
60 minutes total
- Lower impact cardioEasier on your knees than running, and your heart rate still goes where it needs to.
- Strength and sculptingBands and bodyweight, with a different strength focus through the month.
- A room that is on your sideSmall group, welcoming energy, no pressure to keep up with anyone else.
Come for the workout. Stay for the community.
Jump & Sculpt is moving, sweating, laughing and showing up again next week, next to women who are there for exactly the same reason. First timers are the point, not the exception: every move gets taught from zero and there is an easier version of all of it.

What to expect
- 1Arrive
Come 10 to 15 minutes early, so you have time to check in and get comfortable on your trampoline.
- 2Jump
40 minutes of guided rebounder cardio. Cat calls every move, and you take it at the height that feels right.
- 3Sculpt
20 minutes of band and bodyweight work to finish, while your heart rate comes back down. Glutes, core, upper body or full body, depending on the week.
- 4Leave feeling it
Fun, sweaty and ready for the rest of your Sunday.
All levels are welcome. If it is your first time on a rebounder, say so when you walk in and Cat will set you up.
Your Sunday studio
Every Sunday. Easy parking behind the studio, plus street parking.

How to book
- 1Choose your option
First Jump free, Drop-In, the 4-Class Pack or Founding 8 + 1.
- 2Reserve your Sunday
Pick a date with seats left. Booking closes 24 hours before class.
- 3Your spot is confirmed
A confirmation lands in your inbox with the address and the time.
- 4Show up and jump
Your trampoline is set up and waiting with your name on it.
A pack is classes, not a standing seat. Buying one does not reserve a Sunday for you: you pick the dates you want, as many at a time as you have classes left, and a date closes once 15 people are in.
Pricing
Your first class is free, once, so you can find out whether you love it before you spend anything.
Only 15 trampolines per class, for a studio that still feels personal.
Upcoming Sundays
Live seat count. Booking closes 24 hours before class, and a Sunday closes for good once 15 people are in.
Loading the schedule…
Full? Join the waitlist on that date. It costs nothing and it does not spend a class from your pack. If a spot opens, you hear about it first.
Inside a Jump & Sculpt class
Real classes and our own events. These were filmed at the gym where Cat teaches and at our Oceanside event, before Sundays started at La Vie.

What our Jump community says
Cancellation policy
Plans change, we know. Cancel more than 24 hours before class and the class goes straight back to your pack, ready for another Sunday.
Inside 24 hours, and for a no show, the class counts as used. With 15 trampolines in the room, a late cancellation is a spot nobody else could take.
Questions
Do I need my own trampoline?
No. A trampoline is set up and waiting for you, and a resistance band too.
Is it beginner friendly?
Yes. All levels are welcome, every move is taught from zero, and there is an easier version of everything.
How long is the class?
60 minutes total: 40 minutes Jump and 20 minutes Sculpt Finisher.
How many people are in each class?
15 at most. One trampoline each, and that is the hard limit.
Do I need to bring anything?
Workout clothes, supportive athletic shoes and water. Everything else is provided.
Where do I park?
Easy parking behind the studio, plus street parking.
How early should I arrive?
Ten to fifteen minutes before class, so you can check in and settle onto your trampoline.
Does buying a pack reserve my Sundays automatically?
No. A pack is classes, not a seat. You still choose and reserve each Sunday you want.
Can I reserve several Sundays in advance?
Yes, as many as you have classes left on your pack, as long as those dates still have room.
What happens if the class is full?
You can join the waitlist for that date. It is free and it does not spend a class from your pack.
What if I cancel?
More than 24 hours before class, the class goes straight back to you. Inside 24 hours, or a no show, and it counts as used.
